El Gaucho de Sotogrande opened its doors in 1985 and was created by Albert Crouquet, and business partner and friend Peter Hans Blagatinshegg Kaiserfeld. El Gaucho was the first restaurant in Sotogrande to open to the public. This house favourite steakhouse was the second restaurant of Peter who opened the Gaucho of Puerto de Banus in 1977. El Gaucho de Sotogrande has catered to our family and friends over 40 years and counting. Our vision is simple, a family run restaurant, that offers the highest quality steaks.
